Unclaimed Packages: In rare circumstances, delivery services will notify you with a notification card that you must pick up your package from them. You will have 10 days to pick it up before they return it to the fulfillment center. Once returned, you will have to pay for new shipping plus the return charge fees that the fulfillment center charges us.

Damaged or Missing Components: These products were manufactured by Hopes Game. They guarantee the quality of the product. However, if there is a missing component, we can ship you a new product for the cost of shipping and VAT. You will be requested to mail the game with the missing components and we will reimburse you for shipping. All products are inspected, packed, and shipped by GamesQuest Ltd. If a product box is damaged in transit, we unfortunately cannot replace the box.
